
Tim Ochs is an attorney and partner at Ice Miller. His primary practice concentration is in real estate law, including real estate development, land use and zoning, leasing, and real estate finance. He also serves on the Firm's Agriculture Law Initiative and is a member of the Firm's Green Initiative.
He has substantial experience in renewable energy projects, including numerous wind farms, a solar farm and other alternative energy projects.
Tim has been a faculty member on several real estate seminars presented by the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum, the National Business Institute and the Professional Education Systems Institute, and currently serves as the chair of the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum's 2009 Annual Real Estate Institute.
A native of Indianapolis, Tim is a graduate of Purdue University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in civil engineer in 1989. He received his juris doctorate from Indiana University School of Law -Bloomington, cum laude, in 1992.
Ochs joined Ice Miller in 1996 after practicing with a Fort Wayne, Ind. law firm for four years. He is admitted to practice law in the state of Indiana.
