34 North Grand Opening

34 North is our new 71-unit apartment complex located at the intersection of 34th and North Meridian streets in Indianapolis.  

The complex opened in July, 2010, earlier than planned and on what had to be one of the hottest days of the year!  But, we didn't care.  We pitched a tent, brought in industrial fans to cool the folks sitting outside, and iced down the water. 

34 North was finished and ready to open its doors to  anxious clients waiting to move in. The wait was over ... it was now ready.
