Betsy Whaley

DIRECTOR OF PROGRAMS

 
Betsy Whaley is responsible for the programs and services provided to survivors of domestic violence victims and their children.  These programs include the Julian Center’s housing programs, outreach services, legal services, and self-sufficiency programs.  Betsy has a Master of Divinity from Christian Theological Seminary in Indianapolis and started with The Julian Center as a psychotherapist in the counseling center in 1995.
