Privacy Policy

The Julian Center respects your right to privacy.  We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of our donors, staff, clients, volunteers and friends.  We will not sell, rent or share this information with others under any circumstances. The Julian Center periodically communicates with donors and friends through emails and other mailings.  If you wish to be excluded from these communications, please let us know. Online Donations and/or Event Registrations
The Julian Center collects information through our secure online donation and event registration pages including name, address, e-mail address, phone number, and credit card information. This personally identifiable information is used only to collect your contribution and/or event registration and to acknowledge receipt of your donation for tax purposes.
 
Online Data Security
The Julian Center helps protect personally identifiable information by using both online and offline security methods, including firewalls, passwords and restricted physical access to the places where your information is stored. Our staff members sign a Confidentiality Statement and are trained to observe our security procedures.  All internal security procedures are regularly reviewed and revised, if necessary.
 
Any online page used to collect personally identifiable information employs industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. To provide your information securely, you must use an SSL-enabled browser such as Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator 3.0 or later. The SSL Certificate protects the confidentiality of your personal information while it is transmitted over the Internet.
 
Website Logs
Data collected in our website logs are not personally identifiable and we make no attempt to link them with individuals that browse our site.
