What is Sexual Assault?

While state laws and criminal definitions of sexual assault varies from state to state, generally sexual assault is any type of sexual activity that you do not agree to.  

Sexual assault can include:
  • Child sexual abuse
  • Rape
  • Attempted rape
  • Incest
  • Exhibitionism
  • Voyeurism
  • Obscene phone calls
  • Foundling
  • Sexual harassment
