Group Therapy

What is Group Therapy?

Group therapy is a form of psychotherapy where a small,
carefully selected group of individuals meet regularly - as a
group - with a therapist.

Is Group Therapy the right option for me?

Group therapy has proven to be one of the most effective treatment for
women with a history of childhood abuse, sexual assault, and other
types of trauma.  It is a helpful way to grow emotionally, practice
new coping and relationship skills, solve personal problems, share
and compare experiences, and encourage each other through the
learning and/or healing process.
