The Wireless Lifeline Program is an effort to collect individual’s inactive cell phones that will be reprogrammed and used as 911 Emergency phones for individuals in the community at risk of domestic violence. The cell phones not utilized for this purpose will be sold to raise funds necessary to sustain the many efforts of The Julian Center. The Julian Center is asking the Indianapolis area to host do-it-yourself cell phone drives within its businesses, organizations, and churches. The steps are easy and quick. Simply download and print the promotional materials available below in PDF form. Place a collection box in a central location of your workplace. The Julian Center will pick up the cell phones for you!
