New Life Transitional Housing

The concept of our transitional unit is that of a therapeutic community.  This model is the template for a highly structured program, which aims to achieve behavioral and cognitive changes for our women.  It is a comprehensive, therapeutic and educational program designed to incorporate awareness, accountability, responsibility, and empowerment of women in a protected positive atmosphere.

Services for Women

The goal of this program is to help victims of domestic violence obtain knowledge that will provide the framework for women to understand the problems that they have experienced while providing the skills that are necessary for them to lead more disciplined, productive and safe lifestyles.  It is designed to prepare women and families, who are homeless due to domestic violence, to become independent and re-enter the mainstream of society.
