- Child care monitors for children in the shelter play room and homework room
- Crisis call line
- Speaker's Bureau
- Office work (newsletters, data entry, front desk, phoning)
- Donation sorting and donation pick-up
- Grant research and writing
- Fundraising
- Tutoring
- Special events
- And more!
Some work is on an as-needed basis and some is weekly or monthly. We have needs during week days, week day evenings, and on weekends. Some volunteer assignments also require training after orientation such as child care (age 16 and older), Speaker's Bureau, and crisis calls (age 18 and older).

We are between 18th and 21st Streets on the east side of Meridian Street directly across from Citizens Energy Group. We have our own free parking lot to the south side and to the rear of our building. When you come to the front main door of the Administrations Building, which is facing Meridian Street, you will need to ring the intercom button and state your purpose before you are allowed to enter.
