The Julian Center Board of Directors Announces 2019 Governance Changes
Phil Terry assumes Board Chair; former legislative leader John Gregg among new directors.
Indianapolis (June 25, 2019)–The board of directors for The Julian Center (“The Center”), Indiana’s largest provider of services for survivors of domestic and sexual violence, today announced officer elections for 2019/2020 and board expansion.
Phil Terry, CEO, Monarch Beverage, has been elected Chairman of the Board, assuming the role from Anne Hathaway of Hathaway Strategies. Hathaway will remain an active member of the board through an extended appointment until 2022. The board also extended the term for Kathleen St. Louis, Chief Tax Officer at Elanco, and elected her Vice Chair. Debi Bardhan, Director, Regulatory Affairs, Citizens Energy Group, is the board Secretary, and Erin Eberly, Partner, Katz, Sapper and Miller, is now Treasurer. Bardhan and director David DeHaven, CEO, OneView joined the board earlier this year.
The board also announced the appointment of a new director, John Gregg, Partner, Ice Miller. Gregg served 16 years in the Indiana General Assembly, including Speaker of the Indiana House of Representatives. He twice ran for governor of Indiana, in 2012 and 2016, and previously served as interim president of Vincennes University.
