The Julian Center stands for racial equality and justice and for creating a community where every individual is safe and respected.
A Safer Tomorrow
WORKING TODAY FOR A SAFER TOMORROW.
The Julian Center empowers survivors of domestic and sexual violence and creates a community where every individual is safe and respected. And we are proud to be the largest organization of its kind in Indiana.
Since 1975, we have assisted more than 66,350 people and educated over 365,750 others on the causes and effects of domestic and sexual violence and its impact on our community.
Every day we assist hundreds of individuals and families in their quest to live a life free of violence.
Thank you for believing in us, our mission, and in the survivors we serve.
An Affirming Environment
The Julian Center is committed to being an open, affirming and welcoming place for our survivors, our staff, board members, our volunteers and our visitors. We strive to be an agency that supports and serves all survivors of domestic or sexual violence while embracing differences of sexual orientation, gender and its expression, religious background, marital status, family structure, age, racial and cultural identity or background, and educational and socioeconomic status. We foster a climate of purposeful inclusion of all survivors and affirm their decision to seek assistance in healing from trauma.
Everyone deserves a life free from violence; those in need are welcome at The Julian Center.
