Trusted Guidance in Your Time of Need

Each survivor who reaches out to The Julian Center receives an Advocate to help navigate them through this difficult time. Trained advocates can assist with protective orders, case management, assistance with public benefits, and provide trauma-informed care and crisis intervention.  Survivors entering the shelter or are residing in the community are first paired with a trained and dedicated advocate to help guide them through the process of leaving the abuser and moving towards self-sufficiency. Advocates develop a plan with survivor input and help to connect survivors to various services. By maintaining partnerships with different organizations, survivors can get expert help with self-sufficiency's multiple needs.
